What Brij does well
Brij turns a QR code or link on your product into a branded page, with no app to download, where buyers register their product, check their warranty, find manuals and videos, and join your email list. Serialized QR codes, serial number checks and receipt validation, by hand or AI-assisted, keep registrations honest.
Around that it adds what marketing teams want: extended warranty offers in the registration flow, rebates, sweepstakes, reviews, and buyer data synced to Klaviyo, Attentive, Meta, Google and TikTok. It's built for brands that sell through Amazon and retail, where the buyer is otherwise unknown. Customers on its site include Black+Decker, Skullcandy, Caraway and Black Diamond, and it has a SOC 2 Type I report.
Where it stops for after-sales teams
Claims through a partner. Brij's warranty page says it manages claims, and Corso describes a partnership in which the claim itself runs in Corso, inside the Brij experience. We didn't find claim rules, returns, shipping labels or RMAs in Brij itself.
No support desk. We didn't find an inbox (Brij connects to Zendesk), a help center that answers questions, repair guides or spare parts.
Priced for marketing budgets. Growth is $899 a month and Pro $1,499, each plus identities priced by volume.
How Docutize is different
Docutize starts where Brij usually hands off: a customer whose product has stopped working. Their purchases are registered from your Shopify or CSV orders, the claim checks each part's cover, your team approves it on one screen, and the label is bought on your own Shippo account.
Before it gets that far, your help center answers from your manuals with sources and points to your repair guides. Docutize doesn't print QR codes or sell warranties, so if registration rates and buyer data are the goal, Brij is the specialist. See how claims work.
