Once a claim is approved, the part has to get there. Buy a label from the claim on your own Shippo account, or send your courier or warehouse the file they already take. Either way the parcel is recorded on the claim, its status moves on its own, and your customer is emailed the tracking link.

Bought on Marlow's own Shippo account. The tracking number goes on the claim as parcel 2, and Priya is emailed the link.
The address, from the claim
Ship-to filled in from the claim, ship-from from your label defaults. Nothing typed twice.
Only what's still to send
The parts not yet shipped are ticked for you; parts already in a parcel are left out.
The box, suggested
Picked from your boxes using the parts' weights and sizes. Change it before you buy if you like.
Carriers' rates, side by side
Every rate your Shippo account offers for the parcel, with its price and time. Postage is paid by your own account.
Tracking on the claim, the customer emailed
The label becomes a parcel on the claim, the status moves, and the customer gets the tracking link in your branding.
A claim goes out in one parcel or several, and the customer always knows.
Priya was emailed the tracking link for parcel 1, and what's still to come.
A parcel with its tracking
Carrier detected from the number, the parts ticked off, a Track link for the customer. Parcels without tracking work too.
What's still to send
Parts not yet shipped wait here. Add the next parcel when it goes, or finish with Nothing more to send.
A status that moves itself
Some parts sent reads Partially dispatched; all of them, Dispatched. No one has to remember to update it.
The customer, emailed
Each parcel's tracking link and what's still to come, in your branding, without anyone writing it.
Upload the courier's sample and map each column once.

Start from the courier's file
Its columns become the template's, in the courier's order and names, so the file you make is the file they expect.
Match automatically
Columns with obvious names are filled in for you. Press it again after a change and it tries the rest.
Columns from real things
A part's weight times its quantity, the customer's address, a claim number, your company's details or a fixed value.
A choice made at export
Service, depot, anything you pick each time, from saved values, for every row at once.
Per claim or per part, and where it goes
One row per claim or per part, CSV or Excel, and an address to email the file to.
An export from the claims list, in the preview.
| Claim | SKU | Qty | Ship to | Service |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1042 | WT-03 | 1 | Priya Shah, Leeds LS6 | Next day |
| 1042 | GH-01 | 2 | Priya Shah, Leeds LS6 | Next day |
| 1043 | PU-04 | 1 | Marc Dubois, Lyon 69003 | Economy |
One row per part
Two parts on claim 1042 become two rows, each with its own SKU and quantity, as the courier wants them.
Filled from the claims
Every cell from the template's mapping. Change any cell here before it goes; nothing in the claim changes.
Saved values to pick from
A choice column offers its saved values in a list, and a typed one can be saved for next time.
Marked as exported
On by default, so each claim shows where and when it went. Untick it for a trial run.
Download, or email it
CSV or Excel, and straight to the warehouse's address at the same time. The file stays in the history for 90 days.
No. Labels are optional. Without Shippo you can add a parcel and its tracking number yourself, send your courier or warehouse a file, or bring tracking back in from the courier's own labels.
Your own Shippo account, which you connect in Settings, so postage and any fees of Shippo's are between you and Shippo. Docutize adds 10¢ for each live label on a paid plan. Test labels cost nothing and never email a customer.
Any that take a CSV or Excel file: the template is built from the courier's own sample file, column by column. Tracking links are made for DHL and 17TRACK numbers, and any other courier's link can be typed in.
No. Columns are matched by name and set by your team, once, and every export fills them the same way. Nothing in exports is generated.
Yes. Each claim shows where it's been exported and when, and every file stays downloadable for 90 days.
