Every claim says something about your products. Docutize counts them for you: what's claimed most, the reasons customers give, the parts they ask for and how quickly your team decides. Nearly every number opens the claims behind it, so a trend is one click from the customers in it.

Five numbers that matter
Claims with the change against the period before, open now, median days to a decision, repeat claims on the same unit, and parts asked for outside warranty.
Claims over time, split your way
By day, week or month, split by request type, product, category or SKU, with the period before as ticks. Show as table gives the numbers.

Grouped the way you need
By product, SKU, category, product tag, reason, part, the customer's country, or how the purchase was recorded.
The reason behind each part
Grouped by part, each row shows the reason customers gave most. Grouped any other way, the top part too.
A change you can read
A plain count while numbers are small, a percentage once both periods have 20 claims. Nothing is coloured as good or bad news.
All of them, Starter to Enterprise, with nothing greyed out or locked. It reads the claims you already take, so there's nothing to set up: the numbers fill in from your first claim.
The group you pick: faults (Faulty item, Missing parts and Something else), delivery (Damaged in transit and Wrong item), returns, or all claims. Claims declined as misuse, no fault found or a duplicate are left out unless you include them.
The last 7, 30 or 90 days, this or last month or quarter, the year to date, the last 12 months, or dates of your own, compared with the period before or the same dates a year earlier. Days are counted in your company's time zone (from your working hours or Shopify store), and you can filter by product, category, product tag and country.
Not yet. Analytics counts claims rather than units sold, so it shows what's claimed most and why, not a rate per hundred sold or a cost per claim.
